One of our Tenants is experiencing an issue with their A/C, and as we approach one of the hottest days of the year, we were exasperated trying to get information and make repairs as expediently as possible. Angela unknowingly stepped into the picture, listened as I explained the situation, and came up with a solution. She literally took me from frustration to elation in about ten minutes. It’s not often that we experience such creativity and willingness to work together to solve problems. Angela took responsibility both for and of the situation, even though this was literally her first involvement in the process. Needless to say, both we and our Tenants are fortunate to have Angela’s involvement, as we proceed to remedy the ailing A/C.
