We went to look at a home in Lincoln City and brought our service dog and we were denied entering the home because no pets are allowed because the owner has allergens? The owner isn't living there, but okay? It is illegal to deny a service dog and he kept saying "no pets" and I had to reiterate saying he's not a pet, he's a Service Animal. I told the realtor that it's illegal to deny a service animal and we got back in the car because he wouldn't allow us in for the showing with our service dog. He came out to our car and let us know that if there are other houses that don't specify no pets he would be happy to show us, so I told him for future reference he might want to talk to someone about it because you can't deny a service dog. He kept arguing with me saying that there is no denial because there was no showing, but he was literally trying to show us the house and denied the service animal. He started getting rude and kept arguing so I told him we were done here and drove away. They also canceled 3 times we had a showing scheduled. I wouldn't recommend going through these people in general, but definitely not if you have a service animal.

I have been trying to schedule a viewing of a home for over 2 months. They can't find time. They are rude. They are dismissive. I've spoken to two people. One put me on hold for 30 minutes, at which point l hung up. Today I spoke to aJJ and he hung up the phone on me. Don't rent from These people. Do not list your home with this company. -600000000 stars.

Oregon coast property management should not be a property management place! They are absolutely horrible. You can't ever get ahold of them! And their "list" for renters is absolutely ridiculous. They canceled every showing i asked for. Even though there was no reason to. I have two small children, my husband that just passed served 20 years in the Army. It's absolutely ridiculous that I can't get help finding a house when my children's father kept this country safe and you all could sleep at night when he couldn't! I have three days to find a place and I can't even get a damn showing!. That's just not okay!
