Longstreet property management sent over Steven this morning and he was able to help us out with our laundry list of submitted problems in our house plus some. Very good work and he gave us a timeline to assure us about things that would take time to fix due to parts needing to be shipped. The service was great, the only reason I’m putting this at 4 stars is because we did have quite a few things that we needed to get fixed and for some reason the Meld website that issues are submitted to sends you a bunch of emails and text messages from different numbers telling you that your requests have been submitted/are being attended to. I wouldn’t be as bothered by it if the messages were coming from the same number, but my inbox has been flooded with 18 (I counted) messages all from different numbers about the 6 issues I submitted. Overall great service so far since we’ve moved in, but the communication process surrounding the service could be better.
Jason and his trainee kalyeb came out to get water filter change due to hot water pressure being super low. They were here between 9-10am and took them both a quick 20min for what may be this issue. Very much appreciated Jason coming out and getting everything done quick and was extremely friendly.
