They removed my old roof completely, fixed damage to the structure underneath, replaced all the plywood, and upgraded the shingles. Since I couldn't be there during the installation, they sent me photos throughout the day to keep me updated. Gregory was upfront and honest the whole time, even offering to cover the cost of a small miscalculation in the estimate himself. In the end, the final price was lower than I expected and fit perfectly within my budget. The new roof looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the work.
