We first heard about Colin's Emergency Roofers from some neighbors here in San Diego who recommended them after having a good experience. When we had a small roof leak, Wyatt came out quickly and took care of the repair at no cost. He also let us know that our roof was getting old and would probably need to be replaced soon. Later on, we got a fair estimate for a full roof replacement and decided to go with them, just like another neighbor did. Throughout the whole process, working with Wyatt was easy—he was clear, honest, and kept us updated the entire time. The roofing crew arrived right on schedule and finished removing the old roof and installing new shingles all in one day. They also made sure our yard was spotless before leaving. We received a 10-year workmanship warranty on the roofing job, which can be transferred if we ever sell our home. The shingles themselves also came with a lifetime warranty that’s transferable once. We’re extremely satisfied with the quality of work and would definitely recommend this company to anyone in San Diego needing roof repairs or replacement.

Working directly with the owner made the whole roofing experience excellent. Our new roof was finished quickly, and the quality of the work really shows. They installed high-quality, Class 4 rated architectural shingles, which look great and should last a long time—perfect for our California weather. The crew also took care of some other repairs, like fixing and painting our privacy fence and replacing the gutters, all of which were done to a high standard. At one point, there was a small issue with our window screens, but Wyatt from the team made sure it was sorted out and replaced the frames, keeping us updated until it was fixed. I appreciate how everything was handled professionally, with good communication throughout the process. If you need a roof replacement or repairs, I definitely recommend this roofing company. I would use their services again if needed, but hopefully, our roof will last for years to come! For other repairs outside of roofing, I’d probably go with a specialist, but for roofing work, this team is my first choice.
