I used Peak Builders a few years ago to do a large project on my house: reroof, fix stucco, replace siding on my house, place new front porch pillars and paint everything. I had gotten many estimates at the time and felt their prices were the most reasonable and they had amazing reviews- I wasn’t disappointed. Recently we noticed our house was getting much warmer and our whole house fan wasn’t able to cool us down. So I recontacted Enrique at Peak Builders to add additional ventilation to my roof and he was out the next day to talk about my needs and give me an estimate. He gave me a fair quote, kept me well informed on the time line for when they could start/complete the project, and followed through. In the end, the work looked great and the additional ventilation did the trick. Thanks Enrique!

My contractor referred me to Peak Builders for my roofing repairs. I met with the project manager, Enrique, who submitted a very detailed bid of my job. Enrique is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade and helped me to seamlessly make every decision on how to proceed. There was a lot more termite damage than I had expected but the Peak Builder's team took it all in stride. They quickly and carefully repaired everything while installing 4 new skylights, too. Even my neighbors commented on how professional the roofing team conducted their work in a very challenging and tightly knit neighborhood. Enrique and his job foreman Raphael orchestrated the necessary repairs and brought the process along to a beautiful conclusion. The whole team is very diligent and professional. Bob at Peak Builders listened to what I wanted and together with Eli they put together a competitive bid. Bob and Eli were flexible about both recommending changes and upgrades and implementing them. There were some hiccups but these things happen, and Eli was both professional and reasonable about getting things remidied. Ultimately what you want with a contractor is good, clear and open communication that's why you hire one instead of trying to hire subcontractors yourself. We have all heard contractor horror stories and no one wants that. Big jobs come with twists and turns and if you want a contractor that will be there for you and do the right thing, then you want Peak Builders and Roofers.
