He was kind, patient, and incredibly responsive, whether through text, calls, or email, he always made time to answer my many (and I mean many!) questions without ever making me feel like a burden. What stood out the most was how upfront and honest he was about everything, the costs, the process, and the potential challenges of our complicated Victorian roof. He addressed every concern I had with transparency and care, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. From planning to payment, everything went smoothly. The entire project was completed in under five days, which is remarkable considering the complexity of the roof. The team was professional, respectful, and worked seamlessly around us, never once making my family feel like we were in the way. The cherry on top?
