I have been a member of AAA for 31 years. For the 1st time i tried to use their travel and that was one of my worst experience ever with AAA. .I made a reservation through their customer service they are located in Utah. They have a unbelievable rude and unprofessional management. The director name "Michelle"she was obnoxious ,arrogant .She racially target me the way she treated me as the 1st time travel customer and provided me with bogus information.this travel agency is too expensive and very unprofessional. Stay away from this travel agency ,I will escalate this matter.

It is impossible to get a person to answer at the Salt Lake City office. It will ring forever then transfer to another county. Every year I have to call to get hard copies of my proof of vehicle insurance to carry with me. Last year (2023) I left a detailed phone message and never heard back. My call got transferred and someone from Ogden sent them to me. I just received my new billing and my rate has gone up again. In 4 years my rate has more than doubled for the same one and only vehicle I own. I tried several times today to talk to someone in the Salt Lake office and no one is available. My time is valuable too. I will spend my time looking for a better rate.

Michael R. is wonderful!! My whole experience setting up car insurance was quick and easy. Michael walked me through the process and found me a very good deal. He also helped me switch my membership from another state to Utah very easily and got my boyfriend a membership as well. I am so happy with Michael’s customer service and AAA. My family and I have been a member for 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. I love that you can set up an appointment for DMV services as well. It is much more simple and fast than going to the actual DMV. If you’re debating getting AAA, I highly recommend it. I have saved thousands of dollars in just 1 year of having it. I have even utilized the discounted amusement park tickets and roadside assistance. It gives me and my family a sense of peace knowing that we have AAA as a resource.
