Abaris is an excellent and involved management company, who provides our HOA with on-site staff, legal advice, financial auditing, annual inspections of townhouses and single family homes, a platform for monthly meetings, and manages our website. We have found Shireen Ambush, Andrew Moorman, and Adlene Edouard to be excellent, attentive to our needs and always pleasant. Abaris has done a good job with an old and difficult building that previous companies failed to maintain well. Abaris has provided several onsite managers in recent years, keeping close tabs on how well they are functioning. Our newest building manager Randall has demonstrated competence and enthusiasm. Residents have been happy with the services we've received from Abaris.
