The staff at UTZ has been really fantastic during my time renting from them. I have been a tenant for four years with them at this point. Nicole and Kim are always an email or call away. My needs are addressed swiftly and respectfully. The rent payment system that they utilize is very straight forward and user friendly. Maintenance employees are always friendly and prompt as well. Overall, I would recommend this company as a solid place to rent from.

The heating in my apartment was not working. I submitted a maintenance request and Nichole responded very quickly. She reached out to and discussed / coordinated with the HVAC company and scheduled them to come out and troubleshoot / repair. Less than 24 hours later and the heating is working again, great experience!

Utz successfully handled an after hours emergency at my rental recently, and we were very happy with the outcome. They responded quickly, efficiently and got the matter resolved within 2 hours. I am happy with their services!

I am writing this review in hopes that the owner will have somebody contact me about my condo that is handled by UTZ. I closed on my property on July 8th and have been trying to contact them since June 30th. I have emailed, called, left voicemails and have not been reached out to a single time. This is absolutely horrible management. I received a letter about setting up an online account for my association payments and there was a missing page. I am unable to create an account to handle my home and make online payments. I would GLADLY remove or revise this review if somebody WOULD REACH OUT TO ME TO ASSIST. This is just getting insane. I pray I never actually have any home related issues if this is the kind of service provided for homeowners.
