Absolutely disgraceful. Real Property Management should be ashamed of the way they allow tenants to live. We’ve dealt with no A/C during the peak summer months of June and July, with nothing but three worthless “quick fixes” that barely lasted a week each time. It’s now been weeks without proper cooling, and we’ve had to leave our own home for over a week this month just to escape the unsafe indoor temperatures. My family and I have asthma, and we also have pets—this situation is not just uncomfortable, it’s dangerous. And yet, RPM continues to ignore the seriousness of the issue. There’s been a ceiling leak that occurred in April for over 6 weeks, and even after 3 months, it’s still not repaired—only thing partially repaired was the roof. This company enables slumlords who are clearly hard up for cash, refusing to make real repairs and dragging their feet on critical maintenance. They collect rent like clockwork, but as soon as the tenant has a problem, everything needs to be approved by the cheap landlord. Their neglect has made our home virtually uninhabitable. If you’re considering renting from RPM—don’t. You’ll get nothing but broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. What they’re doing borders on tenant abuse.
