mark g.Paid $348.57 to repair a dryer that wouldn't dry. Repairman came out, said he needed part, ordered it (supposedly, never saw invoice) and installed it (allegedly). Guess what, absolutely no change in dryer. Called and they sent a second guy out a week later. He was here for about 15 minutes, said he "made some adjustments." Guess what, absolutely no change in dryer. Could have practically bought another dryer for what I paid for these guys to not fix dryer.
Clifford VallsHate to have to leave a negitive review, overall Volealyny was a good technichan came out quickly, made the repair within an hour. He mention multiple times he was not familiar with the fridge, I let him continue to work unsupervised. When I came down stairs I noticed he was forcing the shelves back into my 5 thousand dollar kitchenaid fridge, I then proceed to show him how to correctly install them. Upon further inspection with the doors open and while he attempted to wedge the shelves back in, he severvely scratched both exterior outer panels of my fridge. Wish he would have took a little more time or asked how to install them. Now both exterior sides are damaged and interior fridge has multiple scratches.
