Acadia I am so glad y’all exist! The customer service was none like other!! shout out to Shauntee who made my life easy! I had a rough time with Maxx property in Eagle Mountain and treated me like crap and asked way too much for a move in plus it took 3-4 weeks just to process EVERYTHING, Shauntee and Acadia management property got me into a townhome in Eagle Mountain and approved in less than 2 freaking days! Shauntee treated me and my wife with respect and kindness and answered all of my questions in a timely manner! Treated me as a human being compared to Maxx and their leasing team. My wife and I did a self tour which I thought was amazing and loved the townhome and applied and got approved within less than 2 DAYS! Never in my life have I ever got approved this QUICK! I have lived in many townhomes while I served in the US Navy but Shauntee and Acadia management property has definitely impressed me and I am excited to move in soon. Also can’t forget they offered Obligo that helped us with the security deposit and that also impressed me. Want to be treated with respect and have all of your questions and concerns answered talk to Shauntee and rent or buy homes from Acadia! It’s absolutely worth your time and energy!

My wife and I moved to Provo in 2021 and moved into the Moonriver apartment’s that is managed by Acadia. When we first moved in, the space had been completely redone. For a 900sq ft apartment the space has been used excellently! The living room is cozy and comfortable with lots of natural lighting! The kitchen had brand new appliances and soft close cabinets which are perfect for an apartment! We never hear neighbors slamming their cabinets closed! The bedrooms are the same size so hosting guests is always comfy and has left our friends and family feeling like they had privacy and room to move around! The bedrooms have plenty of outlets and loads of natural lighting. The closet space was plenty for my wife and I. Again, for an 900sq ft apartment the bedrooms genuinely feel big. We added an addition to our family, our son. We had his crib, plus a king sized bed, plus a 90 pound dog and still didn’t feel cramped! The bathrooms are nice and have a double vanity with the toilet and shower separated by a door. There is a dog run for your dogs and they offer dog waste bags and a convenient trash can inside the dog run. There is a basketball court in the back as well! There are grills and a gazebo for warm weather enjoyment! Near the gazebo there are also corn hole boards to play corn hole. The “Provo river walk” is right across the street and has a 3 mile long walking trail that start at the River woods all the way to Provo bay! You get to see SO much of Provo talking this walk! Anytime we experienced any issue we submitted a detailed work order and our problems were quickly addressed and resolved in a timely manner! My wife I have always felt taken care of by the folks at Acadia and we have actually made good connections with a few of them! If you have the privilege of working with Elicea and Jordan Christensen at Acadia know you’re in great hands. We are sad to move out of this apartment but we know it’s time. We just wanted to thank the Acadia staff for making our living experience top notch and for always caring about your tenant's!

First time home buyers here.
