Let's start with reception, always a bright smile and a sweet hello when you walk in. They're quick to get you in and get someone with you, even when they're short staffed! The nurses listen well and are very patient and not to mention, often have a great sense of humor (which always helps with a great road to recovery)! The doctors have amazing bedside service and always seem genuinely concerned with their patients. I have been coming for years and will continue to do so when I need a quick fix up!

I give two stars instead of one due to the service being good. My major complaints are that I received my results through the app (which no one seems to know about) for me to call and ask questions but was told I needed to wait for a call back as the doctor hadn’t looked at them yet (which is crazy they came to the app first) then I did a specific test for them to tell me I need to come back due to a “lab error”, I would prefer another urgent care at that point. The staff had good service but I would feel comfortable elsewhere.

I would give 5 star but, they have a medical discount program for people without insurance. Although what they don’t tell you is that about 99% of the time you can’t ever sign up for it. It is suppose to cost $169.00 initially, then a $39 copay. Never could get it to work. So l ended up having to pay over $400 for a visit. They also did not do a couple test that should’ve been done, because of cost. But sent scripts in to treat me for three different illnesses. So now l have 3 scripts that l have to pay for as well. They were all however very nice. They just need to get there discount program working.

The nurse is the only way I stayed instead of walking out. The PA was not interested in my problem even when I advised my surgery Dr told me to be seen by medical professional that day which was yesterday since I couldn't make it back to the surgeons office that day. He didn't really want to unwrap it and really didn't stay in the room after assessing my issue. I don't know what he was doing when he wasn't present if he was working on the backside for me. I told the nurse I had no faith in him and I had all the faith in her because she was engaged, helpful, and just a wonderful person to be around and acted like she really did care. I have no intention to ever go back to any Access Medical Centers. There are other Urgent Care facilities I can visit and feel like I'm important.
