Not everything is perfect anywhere you go or any service provided. But, I have absolutely no complaints about the nurses, doctors, and surgeon and his operating team that took care of me. I try to never be a burden on anyone, and they definitely made me feel like I wasn’t and I felt very attended to. I had multiple Nurses and each and every one of them were great. Just absolutely great! I had a couple of doctors and those two guys were great and very informative and took the time to explain a few things that I didn’t understand. The surgeon, Dr. Jolliff, was very informative and attentive to my questions and concerns. He tells you like it is, but in a way that’s not cold or disheartening. I have never been under the knife before this minor operation, but I was put at ease after conversing with Dr. Jolliff. I’m very thankful to Southwest Integris and staff.

The staff at every level was amazing. They were warm and welcoming. Mark was an amazing nurse. I had a MRI with sedation due to high anxiety levels. He did a great job at making me calm and comfortable. The PA that I saw as well was very nice, sorry I can't remember her name. Mark, Cathy, Shannon and Preston were so wonderful. Interventional Radiology should be proud of there staff.

I've been to this hospital several times years ago and I didn't have a good experience. However, I've had to go back recently to have some tests done and I've had an amazing experience every time. I'm not sure what changes had taken place but keep it up. The doctors, nurses and the staff are so friendly, helpful and seem like they genuinely care. Thank you Integiris for all you do! ❤️

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Always professional efficient. Appointment are always on time. The nurses are always responsive to requests and return messages promptly. Dr. Al Assad is great! He’s compassionate, asks questions about how you are handling the treatments and side effects. You can tell he cares about his patients. Definitely recommend.
