I had a fantastic experience and I felt very welcome there. It was pretty busy and there was only one doctor working and they were still very timely and let me know ahead of time that only one doctor was present. The nurse and assistant she was training were so friendly and sweet. The doctor was also amazing. He came in, explained everything to me and was quick and to the point. He was very nice!

The staff & the PA were all super friendly & the facility was clean & nice. The only issue I had is how expensive they are! Also I felt like I paid all that money just for someone to just say yeah, okay, uh huh. Didn’t fix my problem but sent samples out to a lab, which I’m sure is gonna cost me a lot more money! Honestly, next time I would probably just go to the emergency room or wait for my primary care physician.

The experience was great. Everyone from check in to medical staff was kind and didn’t feel rushed. I gave 4 stars because I feel they misled me regarding labs. I had a blocked salivary gland and swelling did not go down so I thought I had an infection which was the reason for visit. They asked if I’d like a culture to see if there was a bacteria causing it and prescribed antibiotics. However, when I received results from cheek swab culture they tested for things like COVID Flu A and B, etc. I was confused by the tests considering what I came in to be treated and discussed with ENT the next week. He too said the tests were unnecessary.

I am so grateful for the staff. The doctor was indeed patient and very informative. Erica Davis did not judge me, and she kept still and kindly provided me with all I needed for the medication. Thank you so very much for your care and love for people like me.
