🔴 Absolutely NOT recommended for DOT Medical Exams. Two truck drivers from our team had very different but equally awful experiences at this clinic. 🚫 Driver #1 showed up knowing the DOT exam was supposed to be $95. Some clueless young girl at the front desk told him the price was $485. He was shocked, asked again, and she confirmed it. Total scam or total incompetence. He walked out immediately. ⚠️ Driver #2 showed up later and was charged the correct $95, proving the receptionist has no idea what she’s doing and the pricing is inconsistent and shady. 😡 Then there’s the so-called “doctor” — a male who crossed the line by touching intimate areas without explanation. Let’s be clear: DOT exams do NOT require genital checks for truck drivers. This was unprofessional and flat-out inappropriate. If you’re into that — fine. But for normal guys, this is not acceptable. No real doctor does that during a DOT. 📉 On top of that, the guy only issued a 1-year medical card, even though the standard is 2 years when everything checks out. No explanation. Just sloppy or intentional nonsense. ⸻ 💀 Bottom line: shady operation, scam pricing, untrained staff, and questionable ethics. If you’re a truck driver or just a normal person who doesn’t want to get hustled or groped — stay away. 0/10. Never again.

I always come here and this time the nurse and doctor I haven’t seen before. It was 9/14. The blind leading the blind. Nurse not listening to symptoms, doctor confusing patients. It was chaos. I scheduled online ahead of time and was still in an hour and 15 minutes mainly due to their confusion and nurse dropping ball on running test needed. Doctor was polite. Nurse was not.

Great visit! The PA Kyle is awesome! As soon as he walked in the room, I remembered seeing him last year when I was there as well. He just has a warm friendly welcome with a firm handshake. I thought I either had strep or an ear infection and they checked for both. I got some anabiotic’s and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!

Had a bad cough and a fever over 101°. Walked in without an appt so once I had that set up, I waited no time at all. The PA and nurse were very kind and attentive. Tested positive for the flu and was glad I came in. Only downside is that this urgent care is significantly more expensive for self-pay than others I’ve been to, but they were the only ones open over the 3-day weekend so it was ultimately worth it. Plus the receptionist recommended I sign up for the ValueCare membership, which cut the cost in half and made it more comparable to other places. Overall would recommend for the quality and availability of service.
