MY SON SUFFERS FROM ADHD. I TOOK HIM TO THIS CLINIC AND ITS TAKEN OVER TWO WEEKS TO GET HIS MEDICATION SENT TO THE PHARMACY. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Would not help my fiance who was having an active asthma attack. When he couldn’t do his weight the staff left him alone and avoided him. When I came in to inquire where help was I was met with an attitude and a power tripping nurse who wanted to make sure we knew our place. The females that were staffed were not professional and should have their licenses pulled. The Dr Pham is no better. Refused to ever see my finance and showed no interest in correcting the problem at his office. I asked for a supervisor multiple times and was never able to speak to someone. The whole office is a joke and should be shut down immediately. I can only imagine who else has been treated this way. Disgusting.

I was referred to Dr Pham several years ago. I have been very pleased with the entire staff. They are always professional and pleasant. Jodi is my usual nurse and is one of the best. I highly recommend Sooner Road Medical! I have been happy with their care and I'm sure you will be too.
