I have been on hold now for over half an hour trying to cancel my policy. At the beginning of the year my monthly rate went up $75 & when I called to ask why, they told me the law had changed in Utah making all the insurance rates go up. I just got new insurance through Progressive for $75 less a month than what they’re charging me and now I can’t even get through to cancel my policy, so I don’t get automatically charged a renewal fee in a few days. This is crazy
