First job, a water softener, didn't work, replaced but the last day of recycling it stopped softening, toilet valve, first flush water running across the floor, softener flush hose not secured, eventually came out of drain and started to flood basement, thank God we had a flood sensor in the mechanical room, but it still managed to flood into the finished basement, at 3 am, spend hours sweeping and vacuuming up water off the floor and out of the carpet. They did fix everything, very polite to us, but still upsetting and creating lots of work for us.
