Way over priced! Our toilet was blocked in the pipes. We needed someone asap which is why we went with Superior Plumbing . Initial charge was $170. He said $900 to run a snake through. We said ok but he only used a small one. Took 3 minutes , then said he would have to use a bigger one which would cost $2600 (and would have to pay 1/2 before he'd even start the job! )and if that didn't work, he would have to use a scope. Ridiculous! We asked him to leave & called another plumber. The other plumber came & fixed the problem , charging us only $505.00. I think Superior Plumbing was trying to take advantage of an elderly couple. I think they are scam artists, so beware!

I had a problem with my UV disinfectant system. A plumber came to look at the problem. They didn't provide me with an estimate or suggest any potential solutions to the problem. Said they couldn't "talk to anyone from the company" so just left. I called them later that day to request an estimate and the person couldn't provide me with an estimate, nor a timeline to provide me with one. Do not recommend.

I requested a quote to replace roughly 6 feet of copper water pipe and add 2 on/off valves under the kitchen sink, plus one valve at the hot water tank as there was not one there. The quote was $1700 for parts and labor plus tax. I refused the quoted price and was charged their standard $170 inspection fee. It sucks to be out that much money for a 5 minute visit. The tech who came to do the inspection was polite and professional. One star for the quote (I believe the job was way overpriced) and 5 stars for the techs professionalism
