Excellent massages; my husband and I were in Bar Harbor for a few days and wanted a massage. We were a few days out, so I was concerned. No problem booking here, and when I had an error they got back with me quickly and rearranged our original time to ensure we got our 90 minutes as expected. Our massage therapists were skilled and thoughtful. I asked for consistent but relaxed pressure and got exactly that for the entire time. I arrived with a slight headache that was gone by the time we left—and my husband barely stayed awake for most of his massage because he was so relaxed! Highly recommend this little spot if you are nearby looking for a massage.

Amethyst was amazing - one of the best massages - perhaps the best -- I've ever had. She went so slowly and deeply over my 60-year old pain areas - neck, upper back, and hips. I can't even describe how good I felt after. The place's vibe is awesome too: well-managed, clean, and friendly. Service is both professional (efficient reservations, good parking, comfortable waiting area, w/ teas, coffees and water), and caring (with detailed questions about pain, problem areas and areas to focus on and stay away from). Both are not easy to accomplish. Tree of Life does. Better than any massage place I've ever been.

Danielle and Amethyst were wonderful. Before the massage session my daughter and I met with both and had a consultation. They were interested in knowing what areas we wanted to focus on during our session. They were kind and professional. I'm a person with high anxiety and this was the first time in years I felt completely relaxed! I was amazed. Both my daughter and myself could have continued for another hour! It was quite a peaceful and calming experience. I plan on going back but do 2 hours next time!

I had a wonderful experience at Tree of Life Day Spa in Bar Harbor. Booking online was quick and easy, which made planning my visit as a tourist incredibly convenient. The space itself is warm and welcoming, and I immediately felt comfortable as a newcomer. I booked a one-hour massage and was lucky enough to have the owner, Kiana, as my therapist. She is truly intuitive, able to pinpoint exactly what my body needed without me having to explain much. As someone who gets massages regularly, I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best I’ve ever had. Even though I paid for the session, it felt like I had received a gift. Highly recommend Tree of Life Day Spa if you’re in Bar Harbor and looking for a rejuvenating, professional, and genuinely caring experience.
