I experienced an injury for the first time in my 62 years so this was the first time I ever attended physiotherapy . It was a very pleasant experience considering. The entire staff was helpful and efficient. I would like to make special note about Johnathan and Zakeria ( sorry for spelling) Totally impressed with both of these fine gentlemen. So very efficient , pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. The centre is very fortunate to have 2 such great workers in the same facility. I would highly recommend this centre for care to anyone based on my experience.

Friendly staff, they know their stuff, stretches should be explained besides exercises. Glad my physio only lasted 6 weeks plus more at home. All staff did a good job, they highly recommended aqua physio when I mentioned I had access to a swimming pool. Being in the pool made all the difference in my recovery, plus I did everything I was told to do. They were very impressed with my progress.

ARC helped me with my ACL/Meniscus surgery recovery. The physios were very competent and the assistants were also helpful. Dr. Tarek Jafar was able to help me transfer my physio with my move, which was impossible on my own. Also, their staff all around was very friendly. So grateful for ARC!

Rehab for my husband is great. Being forced to pay 3.75 just to drop him off at their door because it is within the paid parking is not. Drop offs should be free.
