Love the staff here. I came in with a pretty gnarly abrasion on my hand and they were so good at helping me fill out the forms and getting me in and out. I mean, I have no desire to go to urgent care again but, if I did have to go this is my go to location from now on.

Wonderful experience! Check in was a breeze and the woman up front was very nice. The MA Rissy and Jamie, the provider that saw me, were both friendly, thorough, and gave me confidence in the care I was receiving. I highly recommend this location! UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want to be ripped off. I was self pay, paid the amount that was due at the time of my visit, nothing was swabbed or sent to the lab, no blood was drawn, NOTHING. The doctor came in, listened to my lungs, looked in my ear, and called 3 prescriptions into my pharmacy. Then today I magically receive a bill for $65? The staff at this location can't figure out why I'm being charged because nothing "extra" was done at my visit, and the billing department claims I do indeed have that $65 bill due because the $158 and some change that I paid at the time of my visit was an "estimate". I'm sorry but as someone who has worked in medical billing for 7 years that's not how it works for self pay patients, especially when literally NOTHING "extra" was done at my visit. This is literally why I am self pay, to avoid bullshit like this. I will absolutely not be returning here and I will be telling everyone not to go here as well. Another update: The manager Rachel worked with me to figure this out and made sure I got my money back from being wrongfully charged. Shout out and a big thank you to Rachel for resolving this!

Had to swing in as my chest cold was getting more ‘chesty’. Swung in just after 8am, was the only one in the queue so check-in and being seen went really fast. Everyone was very polite and kind and service was expeditious. Highly recommend this facility when you are in need of urgent care services!

The wait was minimal on a Saturday. Everyone was very kind and efficient. The price was fair for the care. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had in Overland Park. Jamie and Rissy didn’t just diagnose, but tried to get to the root cause. They cared and it showed. I very much recommend coming here for help.
