I recently was advised a sleep study and cardiac testing which was ordered at AdventHealth . The scheduling and registration process went smoothly and the staff doing my tests were obviously very knowledgeable and skilled in their respective procedures . I was able to read the reports in several days on my phone ! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank You to all the kind and professional staff at AdventHealth- Im proud to be associated with our community hospital.

My experience was awesome starting with my check in. The clerk was very pleasant and helpful. She offered me a wheelchair due to my anxiety. From that point on the radiology staff was helpful and also pleasant. The doctor nurses were also kind and professional and that made my visit awesome and memorable. I would definitely recommend Advent health and Baylor s/w to all.

I had the experience of expending 4 days in the ICU and recovering wing. The nurses, doctors, staff, cleaning ladies, all were very professional and dedicated to my well being. The took care of me like the professionals that they are. The entry staff made my stay as comfortable as it can be. Needing treatment all day and night, the nurses were constantly checking on me and making sure my vitals were where they supposed to be. One of my night nurses (Asian descent) took me for walk around the wing. She made me feel comfortable and had the opportunity of sharing some military experiences, since her husband is in the military. We connect. Overall, excellent treatment, very professional and very friendly staff and atmosphere. Thanks for your dedication and caring for me as you guys did. Love all.. Felipe Mendez
