I was hopeful when the offered appointment times on their website. They don’t honor the times the give you — it’s just marketing. A simple strep test took over an hour to resolve. Their inability to honor the appointment time they gave online combined with the outrageous slowness of the office (despite virtually no patients being present) caused a lot of problems my day. I’d only go back in an emergency.

Kristal front desk is always so kind and happy to help. She checks you in quickly and is caring and understanding. Your face makes you feel better right away. Dr. Bard listens and makes sure he hears you also no blaa, blaa, you don’t get. He makes you understand what is happening and what needs to happen to get better.

Went in for back pain. MA was very nice. However NP seemed over it. Did not do physical exam at all. I had to ask for them to do a physical exam which he asked me where the pain was and I pointed he asked did it hurt when I press i said no. He said I was all set. Carey seemed annoyed and asked why was I there. I felt as if I was being treated as drug seeker. (Mind you I am a doctor and did not want any kind of controlled substance. Will not go here again.
