I’ve never been here, but I did go to a different location. They decided to fraudulently bill me through this location (which is not in network, but the other location is) because they have no clue what they are doing. Please do not go to this urgent care unless you want to deal with their lies and horrific practices for seven months after you go in for a quick visit. They have changed the address on my claim four times and put in a different Doctor who I did not see and now they are settled on this address, where I’ve never been.

All personnel were exceptional and John the PA who treated me was knowledgeable, considerate and thorough. Very nice young man. I can’t remember your receptionist’s name but he was above and beyond for Customer Service and professionalism. Thank you!

I am from out of state and I broke my foot while visiting family. I was able to go online and book an appointment to be seen right away. The check in process was very efficient and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated the nursing and medical staff being thorough. I was taken for X-rays, diagnosed, and given a boot for my foot. Dr. Nick was personable and put me at ease during my discomfort. A very pleasant experience under the circumstances. Thank you WellCare staff, I appreciate you taking care of me!

Nick, the PA was very helpful and sharing information with me and answering my questions. I was happy that the prescription I needed was available at your office. I was not happy that I was not given any paperwork, and that I had to call to ask for it once I got home. All in all, a good experience though.
