Soiled It

Fast and efficient, but the facility is a bit run down and not as clean as it should be for a medical facility. I was quickly checked in and taken back, and recieved my results within 20 minutes. Just not the most comfortable place when you look around and everything is dusty and a bit disorganized. Pics of the treatment room I was taken into, for reference. I will say the front desk and the nurse who took my vitals were incredibly kind and attentive.

The doctor, Ajit Singh, gave me a TB skin test even though I've had TB. When I had to go back for a chest x-ray, the nurse told me you should never get a TB skin test when you've had TB because it will always show up positive. In my paperwork, which the doctor was supposed to look at, I had written clearly that I had TB as a kid and I even went into detail about how I got it, what medicine I took, how long for, etc. The doctor obviously didn't even look at my paperwork. He also gave me a physical where he only looked in my mouth, in my ears, listened to my heart and lungs, and then signed a paper saying things were fine that he hadn't even checked (like the rest of my body). It was a complete waste of time, energy, and money. The worst thing is that I had severe reactions to the test and the side effects are still with me weeks later. I am probably going to have to seek further medical care because of this unnecessary test. This was the worst experience I've had with a medical professional. Besides the doctor being negligent, the facility was dirty. The room I was in was especially disgusting. The only good thing about this place is the nurse who told me I shouldn't have been given the TB skin test, and the kind lady at the front desk. Those two folks get 5/5 stars from me. The rest of it gets a 0, but since I can't put in 0, this review shows a 1/5.

In Michigan on vacation. Discovered a rash. I went to Waterford Nextcare Urgent care. Doctor came in (unfortunately I did not get his name) looked at the rash, said he thought he knew what it was, even though he did not make any inquiry into the other symptoms usually associated with his diagnosis. He sampled for testing, said 24-48 hours for results. This was Wednesday. I called back Friday, lady said if you don’t hear anything by Saturday night, call back on Sunday. Couldn’t call. Called bright and early on Monday. Results, negative, and his diagnosis had been a serious one. I asked if the Doctor had prescribed anything for what I still have? She checked, found nothing. So the only way to get something to treat what I have was to go back my last day of vacation. Stay far way from this place.

I take my dad there about 6 months ago he leg is itching and infection. They just take a look for 5 seconds then told me i have to take my dad go to hospital. Don't even give me address or phone number of the hospital. They do nothing and charge my credit card $164. at least they should have bandaged or covered my dad's wound. But they did not. I don't have proof but I feel they are racist. People's not nice and dirty rooms🥲 also. Me and my husband come back after 2 weeks to ask them why they charge me $164 for take a look 5 seconds and don't even touch my dad leg yet. But they don't give me right answer just talking in circle. Everyone have to be careful with them🥲🥲🥲🥲
