I see some of the reviews complaining about this urgent care. We live in a community that has 100k ppl living in around the TC area, sometimes you might have to wait a little. I haven't had to wait more than an hour, from check in to discharge. The care I receive everytime I go here is terrific from the check in person to the doctor, everyone is always so nice & they do a great job of explaining every detail to me. It's always an easy visit. I went in for another tick had burrowed deep in2 my upper inner thigh. Super easy & the doctor put me right at ease. Thank you for always being there for me whenever life happens.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas Yax since he came to Traverse City. Well trained. Excellent communicator, great listener, and cheerful positive attitude by him and his support staff. I am a retired family doc myself so I should know.

I wish I could leave a higher review. I had never been to this urgent care before as I am new to the area. The staff was GREAT!!! Very considerate, friendly, professional, fast, and courteous. I have never been to a doctors office that was so nice. They took care of me so fast. I was back in the room within 15 minutes of my arrival. The doctor came in right away. He listened really well to what I was telling him. Never made me feel like I didn't know what was going on with me. We came to a resolution quite fast. I also love the fact that there is a pharmacy connected. It took maybe e 10 minutes to get it faxed over and filled. I will definitely be going back to this place! I give everyone an A+ there :D

Clean place most staff are great! Matthew with security great communicator with directions. Victoria with ultra sounds super nice and patient! Only complaint I have is Jenna with registration was rude and not patient while checking me in. Could improve with respect and manners at the front desk. Keep up the great work and thank you for all that you do!
