I purchased an “intricate sterling silver Goth cross necklace” from the DRAE COLLECTION via Wolf & Badger, trusting both the designer description and the platform’s promise of curated, quality pieces. Within a short time, the chain started showing a distinct pinkish discoloration, which is not how genuine sterling silver tarnishes (real silver darkens grey or black). The necklace also has no hallmark or 925 stamp, which should be standard for authentic sterling silver. I emailed customer support twice asking for clarification or a resolution — and I have received no response at all. For a piece that cost £147, I expected quality materials and better customer support. Instead, I’m left with a chain that appears to be silver-plated at best, with no hallmark to back up the “sterling silver” claim, and zero communication from Wolf & Badger. I’m very disappointed and can’t recommend this product or the seller based on my experience.

Ordered an item which was damaged the day I used it. Was told I’d be updated on my refund. I’ve had no response for over 10 days. Never complain but feel when you pay a price expecting good quality a faulty item should be handled a lot quicker.

I absolutely love shopping Wolf and Badger online, so when I was in London with time to kill, popping into the shop was a no-brainer. I loved the in-store shopping experience, the store layout was very digestible and visually interesting, but I was able to find everything I was looking for with ease. The store manager, Fran, was incredibly kind and approachable. She helped my find what I was shopping for *and* when I mentioned that I was in London looking for an engagement ring she happily directed me to some great places to look (Fran, if you see this, I found my ring thanks to your help. THANK YOU!). If you enjoy unique brands that will have everyone asking "where did you get that", Wolf and Badger is the place.... and if you're looking to meet some really kind shop keepers, I suppose that's Wolf and Badger as well.

I ordered a pair of headphones for over £90, which were supposed to come with a lifetime warranty. After just a few weeks, they started making strange noises and stopped working properly. I’ve contacted the company several times, but no resolution. Very poor customer service. I won’t be buying from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
