I signed up because they promised personalized, one-on-one teaching with an instructor but that never happened. Instead, everything was online and completely self-taught. There was no real support, no engagement, and no proper instruction. It felt like we were just handed some materials and left to figure it out on our own. We paid a lot of money for this, and I even took out a loan thinking I’d be getting real training. If I had known it would be like this, I never would have enrolled. Total waste of time and money.

This school promised one-on-one teaching with a real instructor, but that’s not what we got at all. Everything ended up being online, and it was basically just “teach yourself” with little to no support. We paid a lot of money expecting actual guidance, but instead it felt like we were left on our own. If I had known it would be like this, I would have just taught myself without taking out a loan and paying them. I feel completely misled and disappointed. Not worth it at all.

I have done the recertification exams there. Sergey Chitsvarin, the Student Advisor, is professional. He gave me accurate information, responded quickly and with helpful attitude. I will continue to seek this institution’s help in the future if I need. Thanks, Sergey.
