Alchemy Fitness

I originally joined Alchemy back in 2018, coming from a very sedentary lifestyle, and they completely changed my approach to health and fitness. The supportive coaches and welcoming community made a huge difference - helping me find motivation and setting me on a path to take better care of myself. Life took me away in 2020 but returning earlier this year reminded me why I loved it so much: the workouts are as challenging as ever, but it’s the people and positive atmosphere that keep me coming back. There’s not better way to start a day and to stay active. Highly recommend for anyone looking for inspiration and genuine community.

I moved to Hamilton last year and was looking for a CrossFit place. I was so lucky to find Alchemy! Coaches were very attentive to direct my progress and to adjust the workouts to my level. I’ve learned many things and techniques during my period in here. I achieved new PRs, coaches were always supportive to push myself to the next level. Whether you are a beginner in CrossFit or a veteran, I highly recommend this place for you. I felt being around family and really enjoyed my time in every class. I’ve been here for almost a year and it’s been a terrific experience. The classes are always building new skills and the coaching is super supportive. It’s a great way to build variety into a workout routine and get stronger at the same time. Everyone is really nice, it’s a great community environment
