Great customer service. I was able to pick up my delivery the same day which was great! I bought 2 rugs ..dinning chairs and cushions for my couch. Last year I bought a ottoman. Overall a great experience as always. Would definitely recommend and financing and payments are easy. Had a year to pay it off which was great. The manager and staff at the brampton location in trinity mall is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful to help you with your selection to put your ideas together to make your house a home. Price for every budget. Clearance items have a good selection as well if you are looking to save some money. I was able to transform my house in just a day. So very happy with my purchase. Will definitely get some more stuff once my basement is finished.

I had gone to Ashley’s in search for a dresser and the floor worker Eisha was very helpful. She was not overbearing. She gave me space to walk around the store and browse while being near enough to answered my questions. She also let me know about the promotions that was going on at the time and payment options and plans. I really appreciated her transparency.
