Credit union won’t let me wife make a payment. Keeps trying to call her and then hangs up the call as soon as she answers. She’s been trying to make a payment for 2 weeks now. The online payment system says error when using a card. The Zelle transfer into the account won’t work because it says her Wells Fargo doesn’t recognize it as a legit account number. ALEC says nothing is wrong on their end when it comes to Zelle, which is bullshit. And anytime we call, 7am phx time to 6pm phx time, it says no one is available and to try at a different time. This company is absolute trash and should not be in business if this is the experience they are giving their customers when it comes to any loan.

The worst customer service possible they lost the title for my motorcycle. I called them this morning and told them that I'm coming to pay off my loan and they put me on hold for 10 minutes to verify they had my title, I showed up with the cash deposited it they made me wait fot 30 minutes later they said they do not have a title and just gave me a lean release form and said you have to go fill out paperwork at DMV and then they will mail me the title. I told them that I had called this morning and they said they have everything and the lady was like well they shouldn't have told you that. Took no accountability and didn't even apologize, I would encourage everybody to just bank somewhere else

My son needed to get his accounts ready before heading to college. He worked with Andres Ramos and the experience could not have been better. I know my son will be more than comfortable reaching out to Andres for any banking needs. Andres’ ability to connect with the client and make them comfortable is outstanding. Andres went above and beyond to ensure my son understood all services available to him; even helping him set up Zelle. Already recommended Andres to my cousin who recently joined Abbvie to set up his accounts with him.
