This is a horrible company to rent for. This company doesn’t work at all for the tenants only the landlord which ours was a slumlord. We rented a brand new home only two years old. Lots wrong with the home including the HVAC system not cooling or heating home. 1273 Baker Creek Loop although they were aware they refused to fix the problem so we had to purchase our own heaters and air conditioner and they refused to reimburse us. Stove went out and it took 6 weeks to replace because supposedly owners were on vacation. Lisa Whitley stated to me as long as 1 burner worked I should’ve been fine and thought it was hilarious because she said she rarely cooks. I was appalled at how horrible this company is. PLEASE BEWARE THEY WILL ALSO TRY THERE BEST TO KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. As the prior 2 tenants who had short stays never received their deposit back. Beware

All county southern shores property are a wonderful place to rent from. I am truly grateful for Lisa and all the staff. They are fast with the repairs, understanding when life just happens and just a positive company to rent from. Thank you all county southern shores for always being great!

Dawn is a horrible Agent. If you care about your property, dont rent through her because she doesnt care. She’s a secretary who hates doing anything not in her job description. And if she feels like youre calling/texting “too much” she will block you. Rented my house for a year and when it came time to move back in and get our keys, keycards cracked right down the middle, blinds are broken. Trying to get her to help resolve these issues, she played the “lady in distress” or KAREN activity, sayin dont call her anymore. DAWN, thank tou for your service, you deserve a medal of honor.
