I enjoy how the gym rotates coaches so that the members can receive different cues that can help them succeed during challenging movements. On this day Steph was our coach. She is very thorough when describing the wod. She always give scaling options and offers different movements if someone has a lack of mobility. She has the great ability to help members adapt their movements during the class. She is exceptional at helping members improve their movements to maximize their abilities during the class. I was struggling with my snatch. I was about to give up on my lift when she approached me. Helped me reset my thought process and I was successful with my next attempt of the snatch.
