Build quality is awful. Sauna door had 1 inch gaps in planks. I was 4 doors to remedy the problem. First one was the wrong size, the next 3 all had similar low quality build defects. I just kept the last one and dealt with it. After 2 yrs the control bored fried and almost caught fire. This unit was professionally installed by a licensed electrician. Proceed with caution. They once were a good company but now can’t be trusted. When I asked the tech support Wade he said this was not a rare occurrence and happens rather regularly. What are we even doing?

We ordered and installed our sauna to find out the Harvia heater didn’t work. Customer service told us 4 business days ago that they believe it was the timer and that they’d send a new timer. They are in no hurry to send us our replacement part. We’ve called and left voicemails (no return calls) and asked via email to give us an update, tracking number, etc and the latest we’ve heard was “it should ship out any day”. We spent a lot of money (and time building it) for it to not work. It’s very frustrating!!! Having worked in customer service for many years now, I can confirm this company isn’t showing any desire to ensure customer satisfaction….once they received our money. It’s a bummer and we are really hoping to at least get our sauna up and running!

Wow I think the call center works maybe 2 hours a day. If you’re lucky you’ll maybe get them during their hours but beware…. It’s that sweet time of only 2 hours.

These guys are very strange, they don't answer calls, don't call back, and they don't reply to emails either. I want to buy a sauna stove, and I've been trying to find out some information for a couple of days, but there's been no response!!! The customer service is terrible.
