Dr. Anthofer and Amie at Ames Chiropractic and Wellness Center are great! From the moment you walk in, Amy makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She’s always friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. I originally came in for help with scoliosis, neck pain, and constant headaches, and I’ve been impressed with the care I’ve received. Dr. Anthofer takes the time to explain what’s going on and how each adjustment helps. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help you feel your best long-term, not just give a quick fix. I've noticed a difference. Less pain, fewer headaches, and better movement overall. I also love that they accept insurance, which makes things convenient, and they carry Standard Process supplements, which have been a great addition to my routine. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chiropractor who really listens, knows what they’re doing, and treats you like a person, not just a patient!

I found Dr. Andrew just by looking up chiropractors in Ames. I’m here for college so I didn’t really know the area. I decided to go to him based off of the great reviews I had seen and I’m so happy I did. He and Amy have been such a light in my life for the last 9ish months. They treat me so well and they are so personable. I don’t know how many people they have walk through their doors weekly but they both remember something about me each week. I’ve been telling them all about my upcoming wedding and they are so invested! Dr. Andrew is very thorough and listens to your body. He makes great recommendations and I’m so sad to be moving home and not seeing them every week.
