However, the company has no idea how to orchestrate the actual plan. No one has a plan until the day the plan is to start. Nepotism runs rampant within the company. The owners have no idea what happens on a job site. Supervision is questionable on job sites, great harm and accidents are happening. Supervisors do not report accurately on incidents. Complete breakdown in communication. Just beware when you start the educational aspect of Amteck, it's not what it is advertised unless you are working for a family member.

Da-Rail AnnRsinDon't believe them. Hired as the delivery driver and told me they had to let the last one go. Didn't mention they had 1 delivery truck and 2 other delivery drivers. You will be splitting your runs with at least 1 driver , go out of town maybe 30 times a year. The rest of your time is spent in a non climate controlled ex tobacco warehouse with a partial dirt floor. 2 old forklifts and under constant surveillance. And if your a go getter or over acheiver they could care less, no pat on the back from this bunch.
