Through the years, he's helped me keep on top of changing condo regulations, kept my property well-maintained, and coordinated with my realtor when we considered selling our property. Dean always was a proactive communicator with both the tenant and I, and I couldn't have been happier with his services. If you're looking for a property manager, you'd be hard-pressed to find someone more professional, personable, and proactive.
