I edited my review because I don’t believe the problem I had should affect the staff and hospital review. I am a family member and my experience is just as important as the patient because I can see how the patient is being treated where the patient may not be aware. This hospital has the most awesome staff from the cafeteria to the gift shop to security to the nurses and doctors. Chelsea is my favorite of the nurses because she is not just in and out, she talks to you and asks questions that no one else has asked so she is more aware of the patient’s needs than the others. They make me feel that my comfort is as important as the patient. I love the morning prayer. The food is appealing and the cafeteria makes sure you know you have options. I could go on and on. The best hospital I have ever experienced.

It was nice. Everyone was friendly. I love my doctor. He always does his job, and trys to make me comfortable by making jokes. Just to get me to smile, and relax. He's awesome..

Although, the service of care was excellent, the discharge process needs work. The nurse that took care of my mom forgot to give us the discharge paperwork and expect my mom who just had major surgery to get up and out to go to the hospital to pick up paperwork. That’s a load of crap! Do better!
