Ur Phone is my new phone repair spot. I brought my son's broken ipad to Ray and he fixed it with an hour. He was very professional respectful and I highly recommend them.. this is a real review.

I recently visited URPhone store fixed my Phone Screen (great game by the way ), and I couldn't be happier with experience. I had a cracked phone screen that I thought would take days to fix, but they had it looks brand new in no time. The stuff was friendly, professional, and clearly know that they were doing. They explained everything clearly, give me a fair price, and delivered fast, high quality service. It's rare to find a place that's combined technical scale with such great customer care. I will be definitely be coming back for any future repairs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs phone repairs done right!

I came in to get my Samsung galaxy S20Fe screen fixed so I can trade it in for my new phone. Unbeknownst doing my research I didn't realize the cost of replacing a cracked screen was so expensive; however, I decided to try this place out since I was in the area. The gentlemen was pleasant and was able to fix my screen like brand new on the spot in minutes compared to other local shops who told me it would take two hours to fix. I was able to take my phone and trade it. Great service. Thanks for help. If this helps anyone with this same phone it cost me $165 to get the screen fix for this particular phone. Considering this is the average cost I prefer customer service first and this employee definitely treated me with that. I would try them out again if I ever had issues. Appreciate your help.
