I’ve used this company and spoken with Lucas in the past with a freezer so I thought I’d give him a call this time and told him what I had done and he gave me a couple of other things to test from a voltage and resistance perspective. Little detail detailed, but I have some tech experience and all of those came up OK Called him back a couple days later to let him know everything that was going on and we went through a couple more things and then he asked if my garbage disposal was new and if I had removed the plug to it, I didn’t even know that was a thing and Wala everything was good! Lucas came out and took care of it in short order and showed me a few things I could do to help improve the lifespan of my dryer. I also asked him his input on an issue with my gas stove and he gave me the unvarnished truth. He wasn't trying to powersell additional services or twist my arm into spending more than the stove was worth on repairs. He was honest and I appreciate that above all else. Over a year later and those bearings and belt are still chugging along perfectly fine. No cheap parts used at all. I will be using him for my future repairs.
