My doctor is Dr. Man. Dr. Man is generally good to deal with, but I missed a call from her due to the call being made to a different number, and I was issued an invoice. Tried calling to explain and thought the the matter had been rectified, but now I am banned from being able to book appointments online and my prescriptions don't always make it to my pharmacy. Good to deal with unless you upset them. Not very impressed so far.

Dr. Samantha Man. Worst Doctor ever ( is she even one? ) I have ever experienced in my life. She should be ashamed.I wish I could give 0 for the rating. I went in for a pap smear that I waited 3 months for as she was covering for my regular doctor at that clinic.Apparently they don't do alot of in person appointments anymore. Horrible bed side manner, dismissive, mean, would not let me ask any questions. She kept saying I was there for a pap and that was all. I could not ask NOTHING. What a horrible doctor and uncaring human. I could not get a refill on a cream I needed, I could not get a doctors referral for what I needed. I have never in my life had such a disgusting experience with a Doctor. Makes me very sad what the Canadian/ provincial health care system has become. Why even bother ? She also asked if I had done the pap smear at home. I am like what are you talking about ? Apparently they want you to do that now. Is that a thing? I said no you are the doctor isn't that what you are paid for? DO NOT go to her, avoid her at all cost. If you do, you will be very upset after. It's shameful what the health care system has become.

Very bad service. They had me on hold 25 mins to come back and say they they will call me back. I’m waiting 4 days to receive a prescription. The nurse practitioner is good but the service of the clinic is very pool.

Shout out to admin Ishmael for going out of his way to make sure my dad didn't miss his in person appointment, and to Dr. S. Mann for helping me get my dad's Rx renewed with ease. It makes all the difference for folks helping to care for older parents. We appreciate you and all that you do to make your patients feel cared for.
