I went to Imperial Medical Clinic for a medical exam related to immigration purposes. The whole experience was amazing. The booking system was easy to use, and it prepared me for the visit appropriately. All staff who talked to me was kind and caring. They explained the process and answered any questions I had. I was seen by Dr Jag Kaliray. He showed to be very kind, caring and explained the pocess very clearly. He made the experience comfortable and quick. If you book your medical exam with Imperial Medical Clinic they give you the appropriate requisition forms for any other exams you may need and you also have access to Life Labs and Radiology center at walking distance. I was able to walk in and get all I needed done in one day.

My experience with the Imperial Medical Clinic could not be better. The staff is kind, professional, efficient, and always very helpful. My family doctor is Dr. Muhammad Khan, who is not only extremely knowledgeable and kind but also takes a truly holistic approach to care. He considers the patient's clinical history, social and economic context, and individual preferences—something that, unfortunately, is not very common in the Canadian healthcare system. He is truly a gem, and I feel fortunate to be under his care. We always find a few minutes to catch up and share a quick chat, which adds a joyful and human touch to the medical visit.
