I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. There were too many patients and only one doctor available, which caused long waiting times. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t listen carefully, which made the consultation feel rushed and unsatisfactory. The reception staff were often busy on the phone or talking to each other, and they did not manage the patient flow well. Overall, the service was poorly organized. I hope the clinic improves its staffing, management, and patient care in the future.

Mahungu is a great doctor, she delivered my son and was my OBGYN for many years. I noticed a HUGE downhill spiral with booking/visits which in terms I had to find another dr :( When I needed an appointment I couldn't get through at all… I had to drive from Abbotsford to Surrey on a few occasions just to get a booking [fuming walking in - completely unacceptable] as no one would pick up the phone, calling multiple times a day When the day would come 1pm for example I would not get in the room till almost 2pm Explaining my situation to a dr in training and then all over again when dr mahungu would come in…. Like?! What’s this?! Why couldn’t she come into the room at the same time I was baffled… training gone wrong and not efficient period. One occasion mahungu was upset with me for not coming in as frequently for updates/check ins [this is why lol] Due to the circumstances of running the clinic this is why I personally chose to have my file closed and transferred

We have been seeing Doctor Mahungu for over two decades. My daughter had her daughter delivered by Doctor Patrice Mahungu. The cord was wrapped around many times. Baby is doing great. We love Doctor Mahungu. She listened when nobody else did. She is very wise. Sometimes wait is long because Doctor is in hospital.

Tue doctor's at this clinic are amazing! Dr. Mahungu and Dr. Aslam I absolutely love them. The receptionist Jeet is also amazing, kind, welcoming and SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE! The problem I have and the reason for the 4 star rating is that the other girls at the front desk do not ever answer the phone. I have called sometimes for a week, everyday, about 20 times a day and they will never answer. They also aren't very friendly, it's almost like you are begging them for something. Not a good look for the clinic. If they can fix the front desk it will be an amazing clinic. Thanks to the doctors and receptionist Jeet for being wonderful!
