I needed to see a dr urgently on a Sunday. I had been here before some years back and thought to try them again. The process was very easy honestly and after showing up and speaking to the person at the front desk, I was advised to come back in a few hours to see a dr. My visit with the dr ( Dr Arab) went well and he followed up with a phone call a few days regarding a lab report. He was a kind doctor. I understand everyone has different experiences with our healthcare system and as someone who both worked in healthcare and also being a patient, I know the stress level is high for both sides. But I would like to say to give this clinic a chance. I most certainly will use them again.

This is by far the worst clinic I have ever dealt with. Zero follow-up on my hip issue, I’ve been waiting over a week for them to send a simple painkiller prescription — even after I did the work for them by finding the fax number and address for my pharmacy. I emailed them twice, and nothing. The receptionists are rude and completely unprofessional. It’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing. On top of that, they even tried to charge me twice for a disability form I had already paid for — I had to prove it to get them to stop. Patients should not have to chase their clinic like this while in pain. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Genuinely the worst clinic I have been to. I booked an appointment and waited an hour and 10 minutes in the waiting room - past my appointment time. Then waited in the room to see a doctor for another 20 minutes. All to be told, take an Advil and wait to come back on Friday for antibiotics for an ear infection.

My doctor is excellent. The office manager/staff desperately need a review. I can NEVER connect with anyone on the phone, and the voicemail doesn't accept messages. My doctor is regularly not an option on their scheduling app, even though I know he's there. It often takes me months to book a single appointment. I'm going to figure out if I can see my doctor at another office.
