Wonderful, attentive, staff. ER visit followed by an operation and overnight stay – I felt well taken care of every step of the way. The food was simple, healthy, and nourishing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you!

I stayed for 8 days and the doctors were great, the nurses too I only had one problem with a nurse who was so mean when I was so sick but I complained and everything was taking care of, great hospital

My feed back is not in terms of the provider, or care I received - but in terms of the location being easily accessible for patients. There is absolutely NO parking, valet parking is offered but I personally would not trust it. The appearance/ upkeep of the people responsible for the vehicles was not up to par, and they didn’t seem to be knowledgeable on any questions I had as far as directing me to the proper building for my appointment or advising on other parking methods if I would not be using valet. The lady at the front desk of building 1, was so sweet and helpful. Advised me to find street parking or consider a different office because of the parking issues. Which is really sad, because I work in office management and I would never turn away patients because we have failed to accommodate them properly with parking. Also, parking could cause conflicts with making it to the appointment on time. I normally arrive 15 minutes before my appointments to allow for parking, or other things that may come up. However, luckily, I arrive about 40 minutes before my appointment. I was advised to check in by 1:45, and my appointment was scheduled for 2 and I barely made it to that due to the lack of parking accessibility.. not to mention, I had an appointment canceled on me previously same day and I really had to make it to this one. Imagine being late to your appointment due to lack of accommodation with parking and being told you are no longer able to be seen. (Side note: I had to park in a residential area - walk a couple blocks down and cross the street and walk all the way to building 1 - this could be very frustrating for the residents / unsafe for patients) Just some feedback I hope will be looked into!

I can't give them a star I rather Take away stars from them because. They have no way of making someone feel safe in this place. I am a homeless woman with no relative near. My boyfriend What's admitted here in the hospital since last Tuesday, i was ask to leave after i been staying since he got admitted . The head nurse came in and said the hospital supervisor told her i had to leave and did't care where I went. As long i was not in the room overnight. Not once did they ofeer me something to eat. One of the nurses saw sleeping on the floor next to my his bed she woke me up and she had brought me an expandable chairs more blankets. So i wouldnt be sleeping on the floor anymore. They don't care about a person safety or if that person has eaten for the day . This hospital only care about the money and how much they could charge patient insurance. But the only way for me to post Any thing in Google is I have to choose a how many star. I choose one star put its minus that star so it's zero star.
