Who knew getting a new roof could be so easy? From the very beginning when I was getting quotes, Carlos made it easy. When I was in escrow many of the other roofers did not even want to come out or wanted to charge for an estimate. Carlos didn’t even mention any concerns, he just came out, climbed on the roof and provided a thorough estimate shortly after. Easy peasy. Higher Levels Roofing are not only experts in roofing but also customer service! From beginning to end the communication was consistent and plentiful. I appreciate all the pictures, videos, and calls. As for the roof work, I am more than pleased! They don’t just take care of the paper and shingles but everything on the roof. They replaced or painted old vents, removed a vent I no longer needed and were a huge help in selecting and installing new skylights! I 100% recommend Higher Levels Roofing! Carlos and his team did an excellent job tearing off my old roof and installing new roof. They even dealt patiently with my indecisiveness picking out shingle style and color! :-) The job took 4 days and they cleaned up every evening before leaving. The last day they went above and beyond in final cleanup bringing in a detail cleaning crew to clean my garage and workshop area where a lot of debris fell from the roof. The entire team was beyond professional and courteous and the roof turned out amazing.
