It’s wonderful to have someone like Sowmya who’s local and dedicated to helping people get into meditation. Her attention, care, and commitment to the practice are truly inspiring. I recently joined a three-day meditation experience with Art of Living, and it was my first time learning meditation in a group setting. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. I felt supported, comfortable, and encouraged throughout. Although I wasn’t entirely sure what I was signing up for at first, it was clear how passionate Sowmya is about meditation, and I’m so glad I took part in this experience.

I repeated this program after moving to Canada in Jan2025 . It's a very powerful program to take charge of your overall mental health. Sowmya Ma'am is a very compassionate teacher and will guide you through the entire process with a lot of joy. She is very passionate about contributing to the society and you are in the best hands. I did this program with my Mother in law and my husband. We have all experienced a tremendous shift in how we react to our reality. I feel more calm and empowered to tackle everything that life throws at me. I would recommend everyone to do this program in person to experience the magic of the SKY meditation technique.

I just wrapped up a transformative 3-day Art of Living Part 1 course, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. Life had been hectic — juggling full-time studies, a part-time job, and endless chores — and this course was the reset my mind, body, and soul truly needed. I first did this course back in 2015, and coming back to it now for the second time felt like reconnecting with a calmer, more grounded version of myself. Deep gratitude to our excellent teacher Sowmya Vanam for being so encouraging, supportive, and inspiring throughout the journey

I really enjoyed my time at the Art of Living Sky Teens Camp because it gave me the chance to experience a balance of both fun and learning every day. The meditation sessions were one of my favorite parts since they helped me feel calm, relaxed, and more focused, which made it easier to stay positive and energized throughout the camp. At the same time, the games and group activities added a lot of excitement and laughter, making each day something to look forward to. I liked how the camp combined these two aspects. On one hand, teaching us useful practices like meditation and mindfulness that I can carry with me into my daily life, and on the other hand, making sure we also had plenty of fun through interactive and engaging activities. This combination made the whole experience productive, enjoyable, and memorable, and I felt that I grew not only in skills but also in confidence and friendships.
